thetellersoundsthealarm asked: Hi, I'm interested in the food swap, but I'm still learning about canning/preserving and the farthest I've gone so far is making freezer jam. Is it possible to bring baked goods to the food swap? If so, do they go over alright, or do people lean more towards preserves? Also, I make homemade fruit liqueurs. Are they allowed? Mine won't be ready until around the holidays...

The First Manhattan Community Swap
After months of preparing and anticipating, the first Manhattan Community Swap finally happened last Sunday, on a beautiful roof top club house in Upper West Side, New York.
